DOUGH DIVIDER
As the most recent system of dough processing technology, the volumetric dough dividers cut and divide the dough in desired weight, without compacting and degrading it. All surfaces that come in contact with dough are made of stainless steel. It cuts the dough with operation of vacuum created by movement of piston cylinder with its own weight. The lubrication system is automatic; therefore ensures longer machine life. All surfaces are lubricated with oil compatible with food. The weight adjustment can be manufactured as of automatic or mechanical type depending on request.
