RACK OVEN
The heat generated in the burning chamber is sucked into our newly developed heat exchanger much better compared to classical systems, and then transferred into the baking chamber.
This ensures lower energy consumption as well as quality and homogenous baking. The innovation in the steam generation system leads to generation of ample amount of steam in vertical plates, and sufficient amount of humidity necessary for each tray is provided.
Because the burners of rotary ovens are on the side, they can easily be installed in long and narrow pastry shops and bakeries. Burning chamber is made of special alloy (AISI 321 S) stainless steel, resistant to heats over 1000 degrees Celsius. Front panels are entirely made of stainless sheets and not subject to rust and tarnish. Halogen lamps installed on the door ensure excellent lighting and it is easy to replace the lamps from outside.
It is highly recommended to use water softening units in ovens. Our rotary ovens are available in dieselfired, gas-fired and electrical types.
Optionally; touch screen, computer controlled or manual control panels can be manufactured upon request.
